Camila Achutti é uma das principais referências brasileiras em tecnologia, inovação e inclusão digital. Fundadora e CEO da Mastertech — uma escola de pensamento digital, ágil, lógico e humano — ela desenha soluções educacionais para grandes organizações como Google, Intel, Accenture, Itaú, Citibank, IBM e Bayer, promovendo transformação cultural com impacto humano real.
Em 2019, criou a SOMAS, organização sem fins lucrativos dedicada a reimaginar a inclusão digital no Brasil. A iniciativa atua com diagnósticos estruturais, criação de conteúdos acessíveis, formação de educadores e apoio a jovens em situação de vulnerabilidade — construindo alternativas concretas para reduzir desigualdades e ampliar horizontes.
Especialista em inteligência artificial, métodos ágeis e estratégias educacionais inclusivas, Camila já liderou experiências em salas de aula de alto prestígio, como a da Universidade de Princeton, e também em contextos de grande complexidade social, como comunidades ribeirinhas, presídios e ocupações urbanas. Atua na formação de públicos diversos, de crianças a executivos de grandes empresas.
Atualmente, é membro do Comitê de Inovação e Tecnologia da Nuclea (antiga CIP), do Instituto Oyá e do Conselho Acadêmico de Engenharia de Computação do INSPER, onde foi professora por seis anos. Também representa o Brasil no W20 (Women 20), grupo de engajamento oficial do G20 focado em equidade de gênero.
Reconhecida por sua atuação transformadora, é Forbes 30Under30, foi escolhida como uma das 100 Leaders of Tomorrow no St. Gallen Symposium (Suíça), virou personagem da Turma da Mônica no projeto #DonaDaRua, e foi vencedora do Women in Tech Brazil 2021, representando o Brasil na premiação global em Lisboa. No mesmo ano, recebeu o prêmio de Profissional do Ano da ANEFAC, na categoria Jovem Talento.

Camila Achutti is one of Brazil’s leading voices in technology, innovation, and digital inclusion. She is the founder and CEO of Mastertech, a school of digital, agile, logical, and human thought, where she designs educational solutions for major organizations such as Google, Intel, Accenture, Itaú, Citibank, IBM, and Bayer — driving cultural transformation with real human impact.
In 2019, she founded SOMAS, a non-profit organization dedicated to reimagining digital inclusion in Brazil. The initiative works through structural diagnostics, accessible content creation, teacher training, and direct support for vulnerable youth, building concrete alternatives to reduce inequality and expand opportunities.
A specialist in artificial intelligence, agile methodologies, and inclusive educational strategies, Camila has led learning experiences in prestigious classrooms like Princeton University, as well as in highly complex social contexts, including riverside communities, prisons, and urban occupations. She works across diverse audiences — from children to corporate executives.
She currently serves as a member of the Innovation and Technology Committee at Nuclea (formerly CIP), the Instituto Oyá, and the Academic Council for Computer Engineering at INSPER, where she taught for six years. Camila also represents Brazil in the W20 (Women 20), the official G20 engagement group focused on gender equity.
Camila’s impact has been widely recognized: she is a Forbes 30Under30 honoree, was selected as one of the 100 Leaders of Tomorrow at the St. Gallen Symposium (Switzerland), became a comic book character in Brazil’s iconic “Turma da Mônica” through the #DonaDaRua project, and won Women in Tech Brazil 2021, representing Brazil at the global ceremony in Lisbon.
